Abstract:
Provided are: a composition for coating thermoplastic polymer films that is excellent in terms of conformability to stretching, antistatic property, non-transferring property, blocking resistance, transparency, and water resistance; an aqueous liquid including the composition; a process for producing the aqueous liquid; a thermoplastic polymer film; and a process for producing the thermoplastic polymer film. The composition for coating thermoplastic polymer films comprises an antistatic agent comprising a specific vinyl copolymer, a binder comprising a specific vinyl copolymer, and a crosslinking agent.
