Abstract:

The present invention relates to a composition for coating a vehicle wiper blade, and to a vehicle wiper blade. The present invention provides a coating composition in which silicon-based waxes are dissolved in silicon oil, and coexist, in a liquid state, with a solid lubricant over a long period of time. The present invention also provides a wiper blade in which at least the lip portion thereof is coated with said coating composition so that the ingredients of the composition are eluted to the surface of the coating and transferred to glass by the friction between the wiper blade and the glass during the operation of the wiper blade to form a firm and highly durable water-resistant coating on the surface of the glass.
