Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for combination therapy, comprising a 2,3,5-substituted thiophene compound, has an activity of inhibiting cancer cells associated with leukemia that is superior to that of treatment individually using a 2,3,5-substituted thiophene compound or an anti-cancer agent, and thus can be effectively used in the prevention, alleviation or treatment of leukemia.
