Title:
COMPOSITION COMPRISING OPTICAL CLEARING AGENT FOR IMPROVING OPTICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF SKIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/156311
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for improving optical characteristics of the skin, the composition comprising an optical clearing agent, wherein the optical clearing agent is applied to the skin to improve changes in optical characteristics of the skin and in skin texture and changes in skin tone, such as dullness, which occur with the progression of keratinization, whereby the optical clearing agent included in the composition permeates between keratinocytes to reduce crystallization of constituents and the optical characteristic improving material infiltrating into keratinocytes remains in the keratinocytes and is associated with moisture to reduce light scattering, thereby making skin alabaster and improving skin in tone and texture. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be very useful as a dermal topical agent and a cosmetic composition.
