Abstract:
Disclosed is a composition comprising a phosphorescence emitting compound and a compound having a structure comprising three or more repeating units that have a dipole moment size of not less than 1.0 debye and have been consecutively bonded to each other. Not less than 50% of the total number of dimer structures contained in the structure and comprising any two consecutive bonded repeating units is accounted for by dimer structures that satisfy a relationship represented by the following formula (A): D1a < D2 and D1b < D2 (A) wherein D2 represents the size of the dipole moment of the dimer structure; D1a represents the size of the dipole moment of the first repeating unit constituting the dimer structure; and D1b represents the size of the dipole moment of the second repeating unit.
