Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition comprising a sulforaphane derivative for preventing, treating, or alleviating muscle atrophy and sarcopenia. The composition is not toxic to C2C12 cells and can effectively suppress muscle atrophy, thereby finding advantageous applications in the prevention, treatment, or alleviation of muscle atrophy.
