Abstract:
A transparent anhydrous composition for conditioning or caring for keratin materials comprises: a) a continuous oily phase comprising at least one oil; b) a surfactant combination at least one nonionic surfactant and at least one ionic surfactant; and c) dispersed phases comprising an organic solvent, wherein both the nonionic surfactant and the ionic surfactant are lipophilic. A cosmetic process for conditioning or caring for keratin materials comprises applying the composition onto said keratin materials.
