The present invention relates to a composition containing extracts of Artemisia iwayomogi and Curcuma longa for preventing, inhibiting, or treating obesity-related diseases. In particular, the composition according to the present invention has excellent antihyperlipidemic and antiatherogenic effects as well as an antiobesity effect, has an effect of simultaneously treating obesity, hyperlipidemia, and arteriosclerosis, and is free from side effects by containing a natural material as an active ingredient, and thus can be useful as an agent for preventing or treating obesity-related diseases.
