Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition containing indene derivative as an active ingredient for inducing bone regeneration and preventing or treating bone disorders, the compound capable of stimulating differentiation of osteoblasts and inhibiting differentiation of osteoclasts, thus leading to regeneration or formation of bone. Therefore, the present invention can be effectively used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone disorders, or as preventative or ameliorative health food.
