Abstract:
Provided is a composition containing linoleic acid and/or a derivative thereof which has enhanced stability over time. More specifically, the composition comprises a continuous phase and multilayered liposomes dispersed in the continuous phase, wherein the continuous phase contains at least one compound selected from the group consisting of carboxyvinyl polymers, salts thereof, and cellulosic polymers and the multilayered liposomes contain a cationized polymer in the layers and have, enclosed therein, linoleic acid and/or a derivative thereof.
