Abstract:
The present invention provides a mixed refrigerant which may be an alternative refrigerant to R410A, and has simultaneously four types of capabilities, including an excellent coefficient of performance and refrigeration capacity, sufficiently small GWP, and incombustibility. Specifically, the present invention provides a composition containing the refrigerant and is characterized in that the refrigerant contains trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) and difluoromethane (R32), and, with the total amount of CF3I and R32 being 100% by mass, the respective contents for CF3I and R32 within the refrigerant are 48% by mass ≥ CF3I ≥ 46% by mass, and 54% by mass ≥ R32 ≥ 52% by mass.
