Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a composition containing a Rubus coreanus oil as an active ingredient for the improvement of skin barrier functions. In an embodiment of the present invention, the Rubus coreanus oil can be expressed through a pressed extraction method or a supercritical extraction method, and the composition containing the thus obtained Rubus coreanus oil as an active ingredient can increase the expression level of a tight junction protein closely associated with skin barrier functions.
