Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for culturing NK cells and a method for culturing NK cells using the same. According to one aspect, in culturing of NK cells in peripheral blood monocytes, NK cells can be cultured in a medium containing a composition for culturing NK cells containing IL-15, IL-18, and IL-27 to proliferate the same in a large amount and to promote activation of NK cells. Therefore, when the same is used, the cell death of cancer cells or an ability to kill the same can be promoted, so the present invention can be used as an adoptive immune-cell therapeutic agent which is effective for the prevention or treatment of cancer.
