Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for screening a material for preventing or treating pancreatic cancer using a novel molecule marker for pancreatic cancer stem cells and pancreatic cancer. The present invention provides a method for screening a material for preventing or treating pancreatic cancer using a novel molecule marker for pancreatic cancer stem cells and pancreatic cancer, a kit for detecting pancreatic cancer stem cells, a kit for analyzing the diagnosis or prognosis of pancreatic cancer, a composition for inhibiting the formation of pancreatic cancer stem cells, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating pancreatic cancer or inhibiting pancreatic cancer metastasis. A target for treating pancreatic cancer of the present invention is very useful in screening therapeutic agent candidate materials specifically acting on pancreatic cancer stem cells. In addition, the use of the present invention makes it possible to accurately analyze the diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
