Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biomarker including at least one protein selected from the group consisting of CD110, CDCP1, ABCA1, and IDOL or a gene coding therefor, a composition and a kit for diagnosis of cancer metastasis or recurrence, and a method for providing information for diagnosis of cancer metastasis or recurrence, wherein the composition and the kit each comprises an agent for measuring a level of at least one protein selected from the group consisting of CD110, CDCP1, ABCA1, and IDOL, or an expression level of a gene coding therefor. The method for diagnosis of cancer metastasis and recurrence by using the composition for diagnosis of cancer metastasis or recurrence, the composition comprising an agent for measuring a level of at least one protein selected from the group consisting of CD110, CDCP1, ABCA1, and IDOL or an expression level of a gene coding therefor according to the present disclosure can accurately diagnose cancer metastasis or recurrence in a non-invasive manner and as such, can diagnose cancer metastasis or recurrence more stably and easily than invasive methods.
