Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing resistance to ECF combination therapy (Epirubicin, Cisplatin and 5-Fluorouracil; ECF) used for the treatment of gastric cancer, and a diagnostic kit using same. In order to solve the problem of recurrence and resistance, NINJ2 may be inhibited by early detection of resistance appearance, thereby suppressing the recurrence of gastric cancer and treating resistance to the drug.
