Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for a display sealing material having a photopolymerization initiator and a photocuring monomer, the photocuring monomer comprising: a monomer not having the aromatic hydrocarbon group; and a monomer having two or more substituted or unsubstituted phenyl groups. An organic protection layer obtained by curing the composition for a display sealing material has approximately 400 nm/min or less plasma etching rate being represented by formula (1) below and approximately 2 nm or less surface roughness. Formula (1): Plasma etching rate (nm/min) = (T0 - T1)/M, wherein T0 is the thickness (nm) of a sample cured and prepared by applying the composition for a display sealing material on a base material by means of spraying and then irradiating 100 mW/ cm2 of ultraviolet rays on same for 10 seconds, T1 is the thickness (nm) of the sample after plasma processing same for one minute under the condition of 2500 W ICP power, 300 W RF power, DC bias 200 V, 50 sccm argon (Ar) flow rate, and 10 mTorr pressure, and M is plasma processing time (min), wherein T0 and T1 indicate thicknesses excluding the thickness of the base material.
