The present invention relates to a composition for an eco-friendly neutral reinforced fire extinguishing agent, and provides a composition for an eco-friendly neutral reinforced fire extinguishing agent, the composition containing: 40-70 wt% of a fire extinguishing component formed of an inorganic compound; 5-15 wt% of a surfactant in which disodium laureth sulfosuccinate having a molar number of an ethylene oxide unit added of 2-3 moles and cocamido propyl betaine are mixed at a weight ratio of 1:1; 5-10 wt% of di-2-ethyl hexyl adipate for the prevention of corrosion and freezing; 5-10 wt% of an organic acid as a pH adjuster; and the remaining wt% of water. The composition according to the present invention as described above is used for an eco-friendly neutral reinforced fire extinguishing agent which exhibits a strong fire extinguishing performance in oil fire as well as general fire, has excellent ability to prevent corrosion and freezing, does not harm the human body even at the time of fire extinguishment since the liquid of the composition is neutral, and has no bad influence on the soil even when remaining in the soil.
