Abstract:
A composition of an external preparation on skin. The composition comprises: (A) an effective component of a fermented grain that is obtained by fermenting a grain, and (B) a thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent (B) is selected from a polyacrylic acid and a derivative thickening agent thereof or a polysaccharide thickening agent; the molecular side chain structures of the polyacrylic acid and the derivative thickening agent thereof comprise the structure of the following formula (1), i.e., -C(O)-O-L-(R 1O) n-R 2 … (1); R 1 is linear or branched alkylene with the number of carbon atoms being 2-6, R 2 is linear or branched alkyl with the number of carbon atoms being 1-50, n is an integer between 0 and 100, and L is a single bond or a divalent linking group. The composition has an obvious synergistic viscosity-increasing effect, and can realize required viscosity by using the fermented grain when the thickening agent is reduced.
