Abstract:
Disclosed is a composition for an Fe-based amorphous alloy having a high oxidation resistance that can be ground into powder at atmospheric pressure, a method for preparing Fe-based amorphous alloy powder using the composition, and Fe-based alloy amorphous powder. The method for preparing an Fe-based amorphous alloy powder comprises the following steps: (a) melting and forming a melt pool of Fe-based alloy composition, which includes 1.2-2.2 wt% of carbon (C), 1.0-2.0 wt% of silicon (Si), 1.5-2.5 wt% of boron (B), 2.3-3.1 wt% of phosphorous (P), 6.8-14.5 wt% of chromium (Cr), 1.6-3.3 wt% of molybdenum (Mo), 0.3-0.75 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.75-1.24 wt% of manganese (Mn), and trace amounts of iron (Fe); (b) rapidly cooling and pulverizing the melt pool into powder by means of spraying high pressure gas on the melt pool at atmospheric pressure; and (c) collecting the Fe-based alloy that has been pulverized into powder.
