Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition which is capable of forming a film that exhibits excellent light resistance and excellent moisture resistance. The present invention also provides a film, an optical filter, a solid-state imaging element, an image display device, an infrared sensor, a camera module, a compound and an infrared absorbent. This composition contains a curable compound and a dye which has a structure represented by formula (1), while having a maximum absorption wavelength within a wavelength range of from 450 nm to 1,500 nm. In formula (1), Ar1 represents an aryl group or a heteroaryl group; X1 represents an oxygen atom or a substituent; each of R1 and R2 independently represents a substituent; and each of Y1 and Y2 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent.
