Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a composition that forms a film that protects against an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution. [Solution] A composition that forms a film that protects against an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the protective film formation composition including: a resin; a compound represented by formula (1a), formula (1b), or formula (1c); a crosslinking agent; a crosslinking catalyst; and a solvent. Said composition contains, relative to the resin, a maximum of 80 mass% of the compound represented in formula (1a), formula (1b), or formula (1c), and 5-40 mass% of the crosslinking agent. (in the formulae: X represents a carbonyl group or a methylene group; l and m each independently represents an integer from 0 to 5 that satisfies the relational expression 3 ≤ l + m ≤ 10; n represents an integer from 2 to 5; u and v each independently represents an integer from 0 to 4 that satisfies the relational expression 3 ≤ u + v ≤ 8; R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, a C1-10 hydrocarbon group that may have at least one hydroxy group as a substituent and may have in the main chain at least one double bond, or a C6-20 aryl group that may have at least one hydroxy group as a substituent; when R1, R2, R3, and R4 represent C1-10 hydrocarbon groups, R1, R2, R3, and R4, together with the ring carbon atoms that they bond, may form benzene rings, and the benzene rings may have at least one hydroxy group as a substituent; and j and k each independently represents 0 or 1.)
