The present specification relates to a composition for forming a release film resin layer, a release film, a method for preparing same, and a method for manufacturing synthetic leather by using same, wherein the composition comprises: a silicone-acrylate-based release agent; a curable resin; and an organic solvent, the silicone-acrylate-based release agent having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 100,000.
