Abstract:
A composition frame management device 100 of a composition frame management system 1 is provided with, as functions thereof: a content reception unit 131 that receives uploading of data on video image content by a video image owner; a provision charge information generation unit 132 that generates charge information about use fees to be paid by the video image owner; a video image output unit 133 that transmits the data on the video image content on the basis of a composition frame; a viewing state acquisition unit 134 that acquires viewing state information about viewing of the video image content by a user who has come to a video image showing facility; a viewing charge information generation unit 135 that generates charge information about viewing fees to the user who has viewed the video image content; and a reward information generation unit 136 that generates reward information for the video image owner who has uploaded the data on the video image content.
