Abstract:
Disclosed are: a composition which has a vasodilation activity and therefore has an alleviation and regression activity on various conditions associated with blood circulation, such as an alleviation activity on blood circulation, an anti-hypertensive activity, and an alleviation or regression activity on shoulder stiffness, head ache, excessive sensitivity to cold and cerebral circulation; a process for producing the composition; and a food, a beverage or a pharmaceutical preparation each having the above-mentioned functions. Specifically disclosed are: a composition having a synergistically improved vasodilation activity, which comprises a fused tannin oligomer component and an organic acid component; a process for producing the composition; and a food, a beverage or a pharmaceutical preparation each having the above-mentioned function.
