Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition having excellent heat conduction and insulation characteristics and being easy to handle, and a heat dissipation sheet manufactured therefrom. The composition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a heat conductive filler, a plasticizer, an acrylic acid, and alkyl(meth)acrylate.
