Abstract:

A composition which is improved in the solubility or oral absorbability of a sparingly water-soluble component. The composition comprises three components, i.e., a sparingly water-soluble ingredient, a surfactant, and a hydrophilic polymer and is obtained through wet granulation in the presence of water.
