Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composition for improving intellectual working ability which is capable of efficiently supplying an active ingredient to humans in any space without consuming much energy. The composition for improving intellectual working ability and the composition for improving cognitive ability according to the present invention each comprise a protein as an active ingredient. These compositions preferably comprise 2 mass% or more of the protein. The composition for improving intellectual working ability is preferably in the form of a liquid, i.e. a beverage, still preferably a packaged beverage.
