Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nanoparticle-vitreous body-based protein complex and, more specifically, to a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis containing the complex as an active ingredient, and to a composition for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases or retina diseases. The nanoparticle-vitreous body-based protein complex according to the present invention can inhibit angiogenesis by exhibiting remarkably excellent binding strength with the vascular endothelial growth factor at the intravitreal local injection, and thus the complex can be easily used to prepare a therapeutic agent for preventing, ameliorating, or treating diseases associated with retinal and choroidal angiogenesis.
