Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting the production of or removing a biofilm, and preferably to an oral composition. Using a eutectic solvent composition, a mixture of a metal salt having a biofilm production-inhibiting ability or a quaternary ammonium and a hydrogen bond providing material having an unshared electron pair, brings about the excellent effects of inhibiting the production of and removing the biofilm at the same time.
