Abstract:
Provided is a new composition that can provide a film or a coating film having excellent adhesiveness to a water impermeable sheet, and having excellent adhesiveness to a sealing material layer formed of EVA even without the need of a corona discharge treatment. The composition is characterized by containing a fluorine-containing polymer and a polyol compound having a hydroxyl value of 10-300, wherein the polyol compound is contained by not less than 0.1 mass% but less than 100 mass% with respect to the fluorine-containing polymer.
