[In the formula, M indicates an iridium atom, etc., n1 indicates an integer of at least 1, n2 indicates an integer of at least 0, E1 and E2 indicate a carbon atom, etc., the ring R1' indicates a diazole ring, the ring R2 indicates a 6-membered aromatic hydrocarbon ring, etc., and A1-G1-A2 indicates an anionic bidentate ligand.]
