Abstract:
Provided is a composition which contains a phosphorescent compound and a solvent, and which is useful for the production of a film having excellent planarity if used in an ejection-type coating method. A composition which contains a phosphorescent compound, a solvent (A) and a solvent (B), and wherein: the boiling point of the solvent (A) at 1 atmosphere (bpA (°C)) and the boiling point of the solvent (B) at 1 atmosphere (bpB (°C)) satisfy formula (11) and formula (12); and the content of the solvent (A) (wtA (weight)) and the content of the solvent (B) (wtB (weight)) satisfy formula (13). bpB < 200°C ≤ bpA (11) 70°C ≤ bpA - bpB ≤ 120°C (12) wtB ≤ wtA (13)
