Title:
COMPOSITION FOR MAKING MUSCLES FLEXIBLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/066394
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a composition that improves the flexibility of muscles by oral intake. The composition, which makes muscles flexible by oral intake, comprises an n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid as an active ingredient. The n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid is preferably in the form of a free fatty acid, a lower alcohol ester or a glyceride or phospholipid containing the n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid as a constituting fatty acid. Particular examples thereof include eicosapentaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, purified fish oil, purified krill oil and purified microbial oil.
