(In formula (1), Z represents the zeta potential of the inorganic filler; Zt represents the zeta potential of the inorganic filler after being surface-treated with the surface treatment agent that is in an amount of from 0.01 part by mass to 10 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the inorganic filler.)
