Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/047170
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide: a composition for mineral oil cleaning, which has high cleaning power with respect to mineral oils; and a cleaning method. A composition for mineral oil cleaning according to one embodiment of the present invention contains a compound A represented by formula (1) and a compound B represented by formula (2), which serve as surfactants, and water. The ratio of the content S1 of the compound A relative to the total of the content S1 of the compound A and the content S2 of the compound B, namely (S1/(S1 + S2)) is from 0.35 to 0.85 (inclusive); and the pH of this composition for mineral oil cleaning is more than 8.0. In formula (1), R1 represents an alkyl group having 12 to 14 (inclusive) carbon atoms; each of R2 and R3 independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 (inclusive) carbon atoms; and the arrow between the nitrogen atom and the oxygen atom represents a coordination bond. In formula (2), R4 represents an alkyl group having 12 to 14 (inclusive) carbon atoms. It is preferable that the composition for mineral oil cleaning does not contain a surfactant other than the compound A and the compound B. It is also preferable that the composition for mineral oil cleaning additionally contains a hydroxide or carbonate of an alkali metal.
