Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for nerve-cell or endothelial-cell regeneration comprising a ninjurin action suppressing agent as an active ingredient. More specifically, provided is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating erectile dysfunction comprising a ninjurin action suppressing agent. The ninjurin action suppressing agent of the present invention has a nerve-cell and/or endothelial-cell regeneration action and can be used to prevent and/or treat erectile dysfunction by inducing the growth of nerve-cells and/or endothelial-cells in the penis. Moreover, the present invention can be expected to have a relatively sustained therapeutic effect by fundamentally treating nerves and blood vessel structures which have become abnormal.
