Abstract:
The present invention relates to a non-stick paint composition and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the non-stick paint composition provides a coating layer having increased hardness with enhanced non-stickiness, corrosion resistance, and water resistance by: mixing hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) with a coating binder, coating the surface of kitchen appliances such as aluminum and stainless with the mixture, then hardening the coated surface. When kitchen appliances are coated and hardened using a paint composition according to the present invention, harmful gases are never generated in heating, and mechanical properties such as resistances to corrosion and water are maintained for a long term due to hardness. Also, a non-stick property is exhibited even at high temperatures of 400°C or more. Thus, the coating layer is not worn or discolored even though kitchen appliances are used for a long time. Additionally, oil is not splattered and food does not stick during cooking. Furthermore, energy is reduced due to high thermal conductivity.
