Title:
COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPING, THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPED OBJECT, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/146132
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a composition for optical three-dimensional shaping, the composition being capable of being completely photoshaped (photocured) in a shorter time period to give a three-dimensional shaped object which has excellent strength (for example, strength which prevents the shaped object from, for example, cracking upon reception of an impact or dropping and strength which enables the shaped object to withstand repeated flexing). The composition for optical three-dimensional shaping of the present invention comprises (A) a diallyl-phthalate-based polymer, (B) radical-polymerizable compounds having a methacryl and/or acryl group, (C) a free-radical polymerization initiator, and (D) a sensitizer, wherein the radical-polymerizable compounds (B) include (B1) an epoxy (meth)acrylate having a methacryl and/or acryl group and/or (B2) a dioxane (meth)acrylate having a methacryl and/or acryl group, the ingredients (A), (B1) and/or (B2), remaining (B), (C), and (D) being contained in amounts of 0.5-10 mass%, 5-43 mass%, 20-95 mass%, 0.1-5 mass%, and 0.1-5 mass%, respectively.
