Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a probiotics which can activate an aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and can consequently prevent inflammatory damage in the digestive tract.
The present invention relates to: a probiotics capable of activating an AhR; an anti-inflammatory agent comprising the probiotics; an orally ingestible composition containing the anti-inflammatory agent; and a method for screening for the probiotics.
