Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition for preventing joint aging, containing one or more types of components selected from the group consisting of a component containing rehmannia root, a component containing cornus fruit, a component containing dioscorea rhizome, a component containing alisma rhizome, a component containing Porea sclerotium, a component containing moutan bark, a component containing cinnamon bark, a component containing aconite tuber, a component containing achyranthis root, and a component containing plantago seed. This composition is useful for preventing joint aging, and particularly for preventing or improving sarcopenia by improving atrophy of joints which accompanies aging.
