Abstract:

The present invention relates to a composition for prevention or treatment of inflammatory or autoimmune skin diseases. By specifically inhibiting the activity of skin-specific T cells, the composition of the present invention can efficiently improve skin tissue damage caused by inflammation while minimizing the impact on systemic immune activity. Thus, it is expected that the composition can address the long-term or short-term local side effects of existing atopic dermatitis treatments.
