Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating a chronic renal transplant dysfunction comprising bisphosphonate which is used as a therapeutic agent for osteoporosis. The composition for preventing or treating chronic renal transplant dysfunction comprising bisphosphonate according to the present invention is excellent for the prevention and/or treatment of chronic renal transplant dysfunction, in which after tissue or organ transplant surgery, the function of transplanted tissue or organs gradually decreases, and is thus expected to significantly increase the long-term survival probability after transplantation.
