Abstract:

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating triple negative breast cancer, containing tumor infiltrating lymphocytes as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes isolated from triple negative breast cancer tissues react with tumor cells cultured from a corresponding patient and with tumor cells in a patient-derived xenograft model so as to induce the apoptosis of tumor cell and significantly inhibit tumor growth, and exhibit anti-cancer effects by selectively acting on only a corresponding tumor. Therefore, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes having these effects can be effectively used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating triple negative breast cancer, a composition for cellular immunotherapy, and the like.
