Abstract:
The present application provides a composition for the prevention, alleviation, and/or treatment of cytotoxicity of cells such as vascular endothelial cells due to heat stroke or heat stress in a subject and/or adverse events associated with the production and release of fever-induced inflammatory cytokines from blood cells due to heat stress, the composition containing at least one substance selected from the group consisting of auraptene, tangeretin, and medium-chain fatty acids as an active ingredient.
