Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wild-type CYP102A1 mutant for producing 3-hydroxy phloretin among metabolites of phloretin, and can mass-produce 3-hydroxy phloretin by oxidizing phloretin by using, as catalysts, a point mutant of wild-type CYP102A1 which is a bacterial cytochrome P450 enzyme, CYP102A1 chimera obtained by fusing a heme domain of the point mutant of the wild-type CYP102A1 with a reductase of a natural variant of the wild-type CYP102A1, and a point mutant of the CYP102A1 chimera.
