Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dried humoral spot (DHS) system enhanced compared to a conventional dried blood spots (DBS) system and to an enhanced protein composition having storage stability and solubility of a biological sample and an application method utilizing same. The present invention can provide a wide range of choices for wider on-demand or point-of-care applications by compensating for problems of conventional techniques based on cold chain storage, lyophilization, covalent immobilization, and cellulose. In addition, the present invention relates, in a wide sense, to a more enhanced composition for allowing the recovery of a stabilized material for treatment, diagnosis, detection, and analysis from a specimen taken from a biological sample (collection of samples from blood, urine, saliva, and other humoral fluid or cells) by using the composition prepared in the present invention, and to an application method thereof.
