Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a composition for stabilizing a pH-sensitive component, such as a vitamin C derivative. The composition forms a gel structure with a low pH level by using a cationic surfactant and a higher alcohol which are not influenced by pH, thereby having an effect of providing a formulation stabilizing a component having stability at a low pH level through a gel structure without using a pH buffer.
