Title:
COMPOSITION FOR STRENGTHENING TISSUE REGENERATIVE POWER OF STEM CELL HAVING PTEN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/121577
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for strengthening the tissue regenerative power of a stem cell, the composition including PTEN, a kit for tissue regeneration, method for preparing a stem cell having strengthened tissue regenerative power using PTEN, and a method for regenerating a tissue. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for restoring a stem cell to a previous passage status using PTEN, a method for delaying the aging of a stem cell, and a composition for rejuvenating a stem cell, the composition including PTEN. The present invention resolves the problem of the decrease in the tissue regenerative power, auto regenerative power, and differentiation potency, which occurs due to an increase in the passage frequency, and secures multiple high quality stem cells outside the body.
