Abstract:
Provided are a composition for a support structure in 3D inkjet printing and a preparation method therefor. The composition for a support structure in 3D inkjet printing comprises the following components based on the total weight of the composition: 18-40 parts by weight of a light-curable bulk material, 2-30 parts by weight of a functional reaction-promoting material, a non-curable water-miscible material, a photoinitiator, and an auxiliary agent. The functional reaction-promoting material comprises a carboxyl group and a reactive hydrogen in a molecular structure thereof, the reactive hydrogen being capable of reacting with a peroxy free radical. Also provided is a preparation method for the composition. The composition has a significantly increased conversion rate in a light-curing reaction, and the light-cured product thereof has a significantly accelerated dissolution rate in an alkaline solution while possessing an enhanced support strength.
